Keisuke Tokyo Ramen Dining @ Parco Millenia Walk

I don’t think I can get sick of ramen – it’s one of my favourite comfort foods ever. Just one whole bowl of hearty goodness with tons of ingredients and tasty soup to slurp down. What better way to end a day holed up in school?!

And my go-to ramen was always Tonkotsu King @ Orchid Hotel, which I rave about all the time. Then I felt the standards dropped, and my new favourite was Tori King @ 100AM. In general, I’m a huge fan of Keisuke’s shops – he’s adventurous, his soup screams FLAVOUR and it’s an all-rounded rendition of ramen.

So how does the crab stock fare? Kani Stock Ramen with Egg is $15.80. It’s like a luscious seafood bisque, with that oh so familiar taste of the sea, and it pairs well with the thicker ramen strands. I love it! Fragrant, thick and fantastic smelling too. Just that it might get a bit too much by the end of the bowl, but I’m sure you’ll have had enough of this goodness by then. That red garnishing is ginger by the way, the order chit lets you decide whether you want some of that.

    • Yes! I always have the black spicy 🙂 I like how it makes it special but it still doesn’t mask the original taste of the broth 🙂
